  • Send a confirmation email as a payment receipt
  • Send a reminder email up to 48 hours before the booking’s start date and time
  • Respond to a phone call you made to Us

  • Text, email, or call about a change to your booking
  • Process large or multiple bookings and payments requested via phone call or email
  • Process the payment(s) for beverages and pellets purchased on-site
  • Generate vouchers and coupons for booking makers who make bookings regularly
